Deck overview

Kona, Rescue Beastie is a mono-green cheat-into-play deck. The plan is to deploy Kona on turns 3-4 with elves and ramp, attack to tap it, then use Survival to drop giant permanents during the second main phase. Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant is a primary payoff because it turns a single cheated permanent into a one-sided mass battlefield. Secondary beats come from Hornet Queen, Gigantosaurus, End-Raze Forerunners, and mass pump spells. Kona is both engine and enabler; if it stays on the battlefield, the deck's card quality jumps enormously. There is no hidden commander or infinite combo; games end through overwhelming trample damage. A secondary value plan uses draw creatures and enchantments to keep the hand full while the board grows.
