Deck overview

This Sultai deck blends Elf mana acceleration with Faerie flash interaction under the command of Maralen, Fae Ascendant. The early game focuses on deploying low-cost mana dorks and evasive tribal creatures. By Turn 4, Maralen enters the battlefield and immediately begins exiling opposing cards, granting free spell casts scaled to your total Elf and Faerie count. On subsequent turns, flash creatures and instant-speed interaction allow Maralen to trigger and cast free spells on opponents' turns as well. Compounding engines like Lathril, Blade of the Elves, Alela, Cunning Conqueror, and Elven Chorus rapidly generate a wide board. The deck finishes games through wide evasive combat damage supported by tribal anthems and burst life drain from Shaman of the Pack and Lathril. While vulnerable to board wipes, the deck features strong counterspell protection and robust secondary tribal lines.
