Deck overview

This Rakdos partner deck helms Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh and Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools as a high-powered sacrifice-control combo deck. The primary plan is to use fast mana and rituals to turbo out a combo win, most often Chain of Smog + Professor Onyx (infinite magecraft drain) or Chain of Smog + Sedgemoor Witch with a drain outlet like Blood Artist or Mirkwood Bats. Tevesh Szat provides reliable card draw and token generation, while Rograkh is a free 0-drop that fuels sacrifice outlets and ritual mana. The deck also packs a dense suite of planeswalkers, symmetrical board wipes (Jokulhaups, Worldfire), and land-denial pieces (Blood Moon, Contamination) to lock the game after a reset. Multiple interlocking combo lines and powerful recursion give it resilience, but the reliance on the command zone for draw and the sorcery-speed nature of much of its interaction keep it from the highest echelons of speed.
