Commander: Donatello, the Brains and Michelangelo, the Heart

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Partner-commanders Donatello, the Brains and Michelangelo, the Heart run a Mutant/Turtle token and +1/+1 counter engine. Donatello's replacement effect adds a Mutagen token to every token event, while Michelangelo's raid ability produces Food and counters each turn it attacks. The primary plan converts that token surplus into a huge trampling threat, sometimes with Turtle Van doubling counters and Ray Fillet converting counters into cards. The secondary path is the hidden commander package: Mutagen Man, Living Ooze bursts Mutagen tokens, then Mechanized Production wins on an upkeep when eight same-name artifacts exist. Beatdown and combo are complementary, since the same tokens feed both. Counter/token doublers like Doubling Season and Ozolith, the Shattered Spire are force multipliers.
