Electro by Futurewinter654

Format: Commander

Commander: Electro, Assaulting Battery

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Electro, Assaulting Battery leads a mono-red burn-and-token deck that uses its mana-retention trigger to chain instants and sorceries. The primary plan is to resolve an engine such as Rite of the Dragoncaller or Valakut Exploration, then convert every spell into Dragons, pings, and end-step damage. Secondary paths are fast hasty beaters (Ball Lightning, Charging Tuskodon), small-token attrition with Impact Tremors/Raid Bombardment, and a late-game burn finish with X spells and Maximum Carnage. Electro's flying body and death trigger add reach, but he is an enabler rather than a combo piece. The deck has no true combo and grinds toward a turn-nine/turn-ten finish.
