Kratos, God of War [B3.5] - JurassicMagic (2025) by GottaGame9000

Format: Commander

Commander: Kratos, God of War

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kratos leads a mono-red voltron/group-slug hybrid that turns creature damage into lethal commander damage through a dense stack of damage replacements (Furnace of Rath, Fiery Emancipation, Torbran, Twinflame Tyrant). The primary plan is to equip Kratos with swords, protect him with Greaves/Mithril Coat, and swing for 21 in one hit after two multipliers; the secondary path uses goad (Disrupt Decorum, Death Kiss) to force opponents to attack each other, while Kratos's end-step trigger punishes anyone who kept creatures home. Clive/Ifrit acts as a resilient second beater and devotion sink, but the deck is built around Kratos. There is no hidden commander; Kratos is the engine and finisher.
