Pesties for my besties by user4287065

Format: Commander

Commander: Blech, Loafing Pest

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a midrange token-combat deck built around Blech, Loafing Pest. The primary plan is to generate Pest, Snake, and Spider tokens, gain life from attack triggers, death triggers, and lifelink, then convert that life into a towering board by putting +1/+1 counters on every Pest-type creature. Secondary drain finishes come from Dina, Soul Steeper, Sanguine Bond, Mirkwood Bats, Bastion of Remembrance, and Defiling Daemogoth. The commander serves as the force multiplier; without it the deck can still grind with cards like Dina and Beledros Witherbloom, but it loses its main scaling engine. There is no hidden commander. A large Root Manipulation turn or Sanguine Bond-assisted drain line closes the game.
