Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a Jeskai artifact-counter deck built to turn Kilo's tap-triggered proliferate into a critical mass of charge and +1/+1 counters. The primary plan is to land Lux Artillery, stack counters across Coretapper, Gavel of the Righteous, and other permanents, then use Kilo attacks and Freed from the Real untap cycles to cross thirty counters and deal 10 damage to each opponent. Secondary paths include Darksteel Reactor's twenty-counter win, The Millennium Calendar's doubling clock, and combat swings from Cyberdrive Awakener or Depthshaker Titan animating the artifact board. Kilo is the engine; no hidden commander exists. The deck is slow but redundant, with multiple proliferate spells and artifact tutors.
