New Untitled Deck by user9517016

Format: Commander

Commander: Kenessos, Priest of Thassa

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kenessos, Priest of Thassa leads a Simic sea-monster deck that uses scry to control the top of the library and then cheats Krakens, Leviathans, Octopuses and Serpents into play with its {3}{G/U} ability. Cost reducers such as Biomancer's Familiar, Training Grounds and Heartstone cut the activation to one mana, while a dense scry package (Preordain, Ponder, Opt, Elven Farsight and others) plus payoffs like Arwen Undomiel, Galadriel of Lothlorien and Matoya, Archon Elder filter draws and grow the board. Secondary cheat from Quest for Ula's Temple, Reason // Believe and Planetarium of Wan Shi Tong supports hard casting via Arixmethes and land ramp. Wins come from unblockable combat with Serpent of Yawning Depths, Inkwell Leviathan and Koma tokens, often multiplied by Spawning Kraken.
