Jon by LordCzar

Format: Commander

Commander: Jon Irenicus, Shattered One

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Jon Irenicus is a political-gift deck: you donate evasive or drawback creatures to opponents, goad them, make them un-sacrificeable, and draw a card each time they attack. The primary plan is to flood the table with three or more donated attackers that deal 8+ damage a turn and clear blockers, using Public Enemy or Impetus auras to focus one opponent at a time; once two opponents remain, their own goaded creatures are forced to attack each other. The Master, Mesmerist is the hidden commander, supplying a second goad/skulk draw engine. Secondary paths are Archfiend of the Dross as a delayed game-loss, and Exsanguinate as a direct finisher when goaded gifts can no longer attack.
