Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-Blue artifact token swarm strategy commanded by Sai, Master Thopterist. The primary game plan revolves around rapidly casting low-cost artifacts and mana rocks to trigger Sai, building a dense armada of 1/1 flying Thopter tokens. These tokens fuel the deck's resource engine through convoke via Chief Engineer, card draw through Sai's sacrifice ability, and combat triggers from Bident of Thassa and Research Thief. The deck transitions into a lethal win condition around Turn 6 by dropping massive overrun effects such as Cyberdrive Awakener, Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, or Forsaken Monument, turning small tokens into high-power flying threats that close out the game over 1 response cycle. Protection elements like Padeem, Consul of Innovation and targeted counterspells safeguard the board against sweepers.
