Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact midrange strategy commanded by Sai, Master Thopterist. The primary game plan focuses on casting efficient artifact spells to build a wide board of 1/1 flying Thopter tokens while maintaining card velocity through Sai's sacrifice ability and engines like Shimmer Dragon and Vedalken Archmage. The deck accelerates its mana using cost reducers such as Etherium Sculptor and rocks like Mind Stone and Thran Dynamo. Once a critical mass of artifacts and tokens is established, the deck transitions into a lethal threat using overrun effects like Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Forsaken Monument, and large affinity beaters like Kappa Cannoneer and Master of Etherium. Defensive interaction, including Counterspell, Propaganda, and Aetherize, protects your life total and board state while you close the game across two to three combat steps.
