Deck overview

This deck leverages Wan Shi Tong, Librarian as an evasive commander and card draw engine fueled by forced library searches. By combining recurring land disruption pieces such as Field of Ruin, Demolition Field, and Ghost Quarter with Crucible of Worlds and Scaretiller, the deck strips opposing nonbasic lands while triggering Wan Shi Tong to draw extra cards and accumulate +1/+1 counters. A dense artifact core supported by Fabricate, Trophy Mage, Whir of Invention, and Tezzeret the Seeker ensures consistent access to utility artifacts and ramp. Control elements including Mana Drain, Cyclonic Rift, and efficient spot removal keep opposing boards manageable until Wan Shi Tong or Psychosis Crawler closes out the game through evasive commander damage or hand-size-scaled life loss.
