Format: Commander

Commander: Killian, Decisive Mentor

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Killian, Decisive Mentor is a two-part enchantress commander, and this deck leans on both halves. Every enchantment that enters taps a creature and goads it, turning opponents' best bodies into mandatory attackers that cannot block. Killian's second ability turns each Aura'd attack into a card, making him the deck's primary draw engine and voltron threat at once. The 99 is a classic Orzhov enchantress shell: Kor Spiritdancer, Pearl-Ear, Imperial Advisor, and Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice generate both an Aura count and a stream of cards, while Eriette of the Charmed Apple, Grim Guardian, and the goad Impetus cycle drain or redirect the table. The deck wins the long game by stacking Auras on Killian and closing with commander damage, or by letting Eriette's end-step drain and goaded attackers finish the pod. This is a thematic, engine-driven midrange combat-control list rather than a fast combo deck.
