Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Hero typal midrange build led by Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. The strategy focuses on establishing all five colors of mana in the opening turns through mana artifacts and multicolor fixers, then utilizing Nick Fury's power-up ability to cheat powerful Hero creatures and Equipment directly into play from the top seven cards of the library. Midgame turns leverage strong typal anthems such as Door of Destinies and Avengers Assemble! alongside card-draw engines like Kindred Discovery and Reconnaissance Mission to build a wide, resilient board state. Combat finishers such as War Machine, Avenging Arsenal, Captain Marvel, Apex Avenger, and Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk grant double strike, trample, and evasion to close out the game over multiple combat steps. The deck backs up this proactive board strategy with an extensive suite of flexible, multi-permanent removal across all colors to disrupt key opposing threats.
