Deck overview

This Jeskai Human tribal deck is commanded by Éowyn, Shieldmaiden, aiming to overwhelm opponents through aggressive token generation, lethal combat multipliers, and resilient board shielding. Early turns focus on developing efficient Humans like Esper Sentinel, Coppercoat Vanguard, and Adeline, Resplendent Cathar to establish critical mass. Once Éowyn enters on Turn 4 or 5, she reliably generates two hasty 2/2 Knight tokens each combat and draws cards once the board reaches six Humans. The deck closes games around Turns 6 to 8 by resolving high-impact finishers like Shared Animosity, Akroma's Will, Greymond, Avacyn's Stalwart, or Taunt from the Rampart. Its standout strength is an exceptional defensive suite featuring Clever Concealment, Flawless Maneuver, and Grand Abolisher, ensuring its wide boards survive opposing disruption and sweepers.
