Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is the deck's engine and finisher: every noncreature spell grows her and pings each opponent, and her {0} ability turns that power into extra mana for the same turn's spell chain. The primary plan is a UR spellslinger-wizard shell that builds +1/+1 counters, uses Vivi's mana to flood the board with instants and sorceries, and then converts those spells into table-wide burn from Gandalf the Grey and Thundering Raiju alongside big flying creatures (Sprite Dragon, Spellheart Chimera, Tempest Angler). Secondary paths include a Triskaidekaphile hand-size win and repeated extra combat from Karlach, Fury of Avernus. The deck has no hidden commander; Vivi is the central piece, though the creature/wizard core still functions if she is removed.
