Bear Arms

Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Beorn the Fierce leads a mono-green bear-ramp engine that floods the battlefield with Bears and landfall tokens, then converts that board into one massive trampling attack. Beorn provides an anthem, trample, and card draw once three Bears exist, and Ayula, Queen Among Bears acts as a hidden commander-style payoff. Secondary paths cheat Blightsteel Colossus into play with Last March of the Ents or Owlbear Cub, or reduce costs with Goreclaw and Ghalta. The deck wins through one-shot pumps like Overwhelming Stampede and Craterhoof Behemoth rather than an infinite combo.
