The Wise Mothman drives a +1/+1 counter and proliferate deck that turns rad counters and mill into board growth. Mothman gives every player rad counters on entry and attack, then converts each milled nonland card into +1/+1 counters on your creatures. You multiply those counters with doublers like Pir, Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution and Corpsejack Menace, then proliferate with Thrummingbird, Vexing Radgull and Evolution Sage to close with unblockable damage via Herald of Secret Streams. Secondary wins are Bloodchief Ascension plus Mindcrank for infinite mill/drain, Ouroboroid plus Sage of Hours for infinite turns, and Fathom Mage plus Lyla for infinite draw into Walking Ballista. Pir acts as hidden commander as the core doubler and tutor.
