Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Great Goblin is a Rakdos goblin/army counter deck that treats every amass, +1/+1 counter, and even blight counter as an extra point of burn. Its primary plan is to keep The Great Goblin out, make Goblins/Orcs/Armies cheaply, and turn counter-payods plus death triggers into card selection and damage. The main combo closes with Metallic Mimic plus Putrid Goblin and a sacrifice outlet, repeated until the commander, Goblin Bombardment, or Sling-Gang/Siege-Gang finishes the table. The backup path is hasty token pressure from Krenko and General Kreat. There is no hidden commander; the commanders role is payoff and draw engine, not a required combo piece.
