Blink Doggos by GregUndead

Format: Commander

Commander: Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-white blink-and-tokens value deck helmed by Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd. The primary plan is to deploy Phelia early, attack each turn, and use her attack trigger to repeatedly exile and return value permanents like Solemn Simulacrum, Captain of the Watch, Recruiter of the Guard, Spirited Companion, and Rambunctious Mutt, stacking +1/+1 counters on Phelia while generating incremental cards, mana, and board presence. A strong token subtheme - Anointed Procession, Release the Dogs, Reverent Hoplite, and Cathars' Crusade - converts that value into a wide, tall army, finished by Akroma's Will or Bond of Discipline. There are no true infinite combos; the deck wins through relentless ETB advantage, mass token generation, and a finisher alpha strike, with Valkyrie's Call and Emeria, the Sky Ruin providing long-game recursion.
