Deck overview

This Grixis tempo deck, helmed by Goro-Goro and Satoru, fuses the ninja archetype's unblockable attackers and ninjutsu flips with a dragon-token subtheme. The commander's triggered ability creates a 5/5 flying Dragon Spirit whenever one or more creatures that entered the battlefield this turn deal combat damage to a player-a condition the deck satisfies effortlessly via ninjutsu's "enters tapped and attacking" clause. The primary game plan is to deploy cheap evasive creatures (Slither Blade, Triton Shorestalker, Changeling Outcast), then ninjutsu in value ninjas (Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow, Ninja of the Deep Hours, Sakashima's Student) while the commander's haste-granting ability or pieces like Anger and Lightning Greaves ensure the team swings aggressively. The dragon tokens, combined with Firkraag, Cunning Instigator's card draw and goad, Rage Reflection for double strike, and Blade of Selves for myriad, create a wide, evasive board that wins through combat damage. The deck lacks dedicated infinite combos, relying instead on incremental value and pressure.
