Deck overview

This mono-white deck leverages Cloud, Midgar Mercenary as a reliable command-zone tutor for Skullclamp, converting low-cost commander casts and cheap reanimation spells into explosive card draw. By casting Cloud on Turn 2 and equipping Skullclamp on Turn 3, Cloud dies immediately due to 0 toughness, drawing four cards thanks to Cloud's trigger-doubling ability. The deck then chains low-cost resurrection effects like Helping Hand and Recommission to repeatedly draw through the library and assemble its primary win condition. The primary finish revolves around Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle paired with a sacrifice outlet such as Ashnod's Altar or Krark-Clan Ironworks, Myr Retriever, and zero-mana artifact creatures. This loop generates infinite colorless mana, infinite storm, and infinite creature dies triggers. The deck converts this loop into a same-turn victory using Walking Ballista or Aetherflux Reservoir. Robust protection pieces like Voice of Victory, Silence, and Ranger-Captain of Eos ensure the winning combo resolves undisturbed.
