Deck overview

This deck is a Sans-Green Polymorph midrange and control strategy helmed by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls during the first three turns, followed by casting Jace on Turn 4 to immediately activate his −3 ability, sacrificing a token to cheat a high-cost haymaker onto the battlefield. The creature suite is filled with high-impact threats, including Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, Ovika, Enigma Goliath, and Serra's Emissary, which rapidly overpower the table through combat and asymmetric triggers. Redundant polymorph spells such as Mass Polymorph, Synthetic Destiny, and Proteus Staff provide potent alternative cheat routes, while topdeck manipulation from Brainstorm and Jace's +1 ability ensures drawn bombs are tucked back into the library. Backed by versatile spot removal and asymmetric blowouts like Ruinous Ultimatum, the deck steadily transitions from early defense into an overwhelming combat finish.
