Deck overview

Baylen, the Haymaker pilots a tempo token engine that floods the board with mixed tokens, then converts them into mana, card draw, and +1/+1 counters. The main path is to resolve token doublers, use Baylen to churn through the library, and finish with Jetmir, Nexus of Revels or Impact Tremors/Warleader's Call. A second route uses Halo Fountain to win by tapping 15 creatures, while a large, buffed Baylen can also end games. The deck is redundant and includes a dense protection suite, but lacks true infinite combos and relies on reaching a critical mass of tokens. Commander dependency is moderate: Baylen accelerates and refuels, but the token engine can still function without it.
