Elfen Cried by user6084978

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking leads a Sultai Elf-tribal value/midrange deck. The primary plan is to ramp with Elf dorks, cast Thranduil, and use his looting trigger to fill the graveyard, then borrow activated abilities from dead Elves-especially Elvish Piper and Elvish Archdruid-to cheat out or power a wide board. Secondary paths are go-wide token generation via Elvish Warmaster, Galadhrim Ambush, and the hidden Thranduil, Sindarin Liege // Silvan Rally, then finish with Overwhelming Stampede or Haldir. The commander is both the draw engine and the toolbox; the deck can still play basic Elfball without him, but loses a strong axis.
