Live for the swarm by user5853791

Format: Commander

Commander: Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician leads a mono-red goblin swarm that wins through wide attacks, direct damage, and sacrifice synergies. The deck floods the board with cheap goblin tokens, uses Ib's Mountain-sacrifice ability to rebuild after board wipes, and converts dying goblins into damage via Boggart Shenanigans, Hissing Iguanar, and Siege-Gang Lieutenant. The commander also turns blocked goblins into removal by sacrificing them for 4 damage. Secondary paths include goblin-tutor chains with Goblin Recruiter and Matron, a goblin-token pump package, and a storm finish with Empty the Warrens. The deck is built around Ib as a value engine and token generator, not as a dedicated combo commander.
