Deck overview

Rendmaw, Creaking Nest leads an artifact-heavy strategy that manipulates multiplayer combat through the goad mechanic. Rendmaw triggers whenever you play a card with two or more card types, making every artifact creature generate tapped 2/2 flying Birds for all players that must attack your opponents. While your opponents are forced to batter each other with goaded fliers, you accumulate artifact creatures and maintain aerial defense with Rendmaw reach. The deck closes out games by finishing off weakened opponents through evasive combat damage, toxic counters from Virulent Silencer and Necrogen Rotpriest, and incremental life loss from Glaring Fleshraker triggers.
