Deck overview

This is a high-power Mono-Blue Wizard tribal control-combo deck helmed by Azami, Lady of Scrolls. The primary game plan is to establish Azami early, use her tap-to-draw ability to rapidly filter through the deck, and assemble one of several infinite mana or infinite draw combos. The deck packs a massive interaction suite of 17 counterspells, including 4 free spells, and a dense tutor package to find combo pieces reliably. The primary win condition is Laboratory Maniac after drawing the entire library, enabled by Mind Over Matter + Azami, Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal with sufficient mana rocks, or Naru Meha, Master Wizard + Ghostly Flicker loops. The deck also has a stax subtheme with Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Patron Wizard to lock opponents out. It is a dictatorial control deck that aims to win on the spot once a combo is assembled.
