Deck overview

The deck uses Rohgahh, Kher Keep Overlord to turn cheap Kobolds into 4/4 Dragons while Dragon spells create more Kobolds. Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh, Crimson Kobolds, Crookshank Kobolds, Universal Automaton, and Kobolds of Kher Keep provide low-cost bodies. The resulting creature volume powers Mana Echoes, Ashnod's Altar, Impact Tremors, Dragon Tempest, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Scourge of Valkas, and Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The deck has useful ramp, removal, sacrifice outlets, and moderate card draw, but its main plan is mana-hungry and commander-dependent. It usually assembles its first operational engine around turn 6 and presents a serious board around turn 8. It does not reliably convert that board into a same-turn table kill or a total lock, so it plays as a casual-to-mid-power tribal engine rather than a competitive combo deck.
