Deck overview

This Mono-White Blink Midrange deck is commanded by Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd, an agile flash commander that converts early combat steps into compounding value. By attacking each turn, Phelia repeatedly exiles and returns enter-the-battlefield permanents, resetting removal tools, fetching lands, drawing cards, and growing larger with +1/+1 counters. The deck accelerates through low-cost utility creatures like Spirited Companion and Skyclave Apparition, supported by trigger amplifiers like Delney, Streetwise Lookout. Mid-game transitions leverage high-impact engines such as Overlord of the Mistmoors—which Phelia can blink to unlock immediately from impending status—and Cathars' Crusade to turn a swarm of tokens into a lethal combat force. A robust suite of protection spells, including Mother of Runes, Eerie Interlude, and Ghostway, shields the board against targeted removal and sweepers. While vulnerable to stack-based combo decks, this list delivers resilient mid-game attrition and crushing combat finishes.
