Frozen Too by GregUndead

Format: Commander

Commander: Hylda of the Icy Crown

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Hylda of the Icy Crown is a tap-control commander who converts every tapped opposing creature into card advantage, a 4/4 Elemental, or a team-wide buff. The deck's primary plan is to establish a tap engine-such as Hylda, Sharae, or Timin-then use the resulting tokens and card draw to outvalue opponents. Secondary paths include a Rhoda/Timin partner subtheme that grows Rhoda as opponents' creatures are tapped, and a token beatdown finish with Intangible Virtue and Citadel Siege. The commander is the main engine, but the deck can still function through Sharae, Verity Circle, and other tap outlets if Hylda is unavailable. The hidden commander is Rhoda, Geist Avenger, who turns the deck's constant tapping into a growing evasive threat.
