New Untitled Deck by Janelloco

Format: Commander

Commander: K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-black life-as-resource drain deck led by K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth. K'rrik lets you pay 2 life for each {B} to cast black spells early and grows when you do. The deck uses that discount to power high-cost doublers and payoffs: Bloodletter of Aclazotz doubles life loss on your turn, while Exquisite Blood, Sanguine Bond, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Starscape Cleric turn any life gain into opponent loss. Shard of the Nightbringer, Peer into the Abyss, Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Exsanguinate provide large half-life or devotion drains, with Wound Reflection to double them at end step. Bolas's Citadel, Crypt Ghast and Cabal Coffers sustain mana and card flow.
