Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is the deck's engine: every noncreature spell puts a +1/+1 counter on her and pings each opponent, then her once-per-turn {0} ritual turns her power into red/blue mana. The build is a classic Izzet spellslinger storm deck: cheap cantrips and draw spells chain into more spells while Guttersnipe, Longshot, Rebel Bowman, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Urabrask convert each cast into damage, card advantage, and mana. Thousand-Year Storm, Prismari, the Inspiration, and Bonus Round multiply the chain, often turning Temporal Trespass into extra turns. Hullbreaker Horror plus Sol Ring is a compact infinite-loop outlet once any drain engine is present. No hidden commander: the deck is built to keep Vivi alive and unimpeded.
