Deck overview

Caesar, Legion's Emperor leads a Mardu token-swarm deck built around attack triggers. The primary plan is to deploy Caesar early, attack every turn, and sacrifice expendable tokens to his raid trigger to create two hasty Soldiers, draw cards, and eventually use his burn mode to erase a player. Secondary paths go wide with Anointed Procession and Mondrak, then close with Impact Tremors, Purphoros, or a small aristocrat package. Extra-combat cards such as Aurelia, Karlach, and Breath of Fury provide explosive turns, and Aurelia plus Helm of the Host is a genuine infinite-combat kill. There is no double-faced commander or hidden commander in the 99; Caesar is the engine and finisher.
