New Untitled Deck by Clapec

Format: Commander

Commander: Averna, the Chaos Bloom

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Averna, the Chaos Bloom leads a Temur cascade-value deck that turns each cascade into ramp. The primary plan chains cascade spells to put lands onto the battlefield tapped with Averna, draw cards, and build a wide board of creatures and tokens. Secondary paths use landfall payoffs like Omnath, Locus of Rage, Rampaging Baloths, and Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald, plus big cascade hits like Maelstrom Wanderer and Apex Devastator to go wide or tall. Averna adds mana and velocity but the deck still cascades without her. Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty and Maelstrom Wanderer act as hidden commanders, giving cascade to expensive spells and haste to close with Overwhelming Stampede or Moraug, Fury of Akoum extra combats.
