This mono-white deck leverages Delney, Streetwise Lookout to turn low-power utility creatures into a compounding engine of card flow, board presence, and evasion. By doubling the triggered abilities of creatures with power 2 or less, cards like Militia Bugler and Bygone Bishop supply steady card advantage, while Gallant Cavalry and Reverent Hoplite flood the battlefield with tokens. Delney also prevents opposing creatures with power 3 or greater from blocking your small army, allowing you to bypass large blockers and chip in for damage safely. Asymmetric board wipes such as Dusk // Dawn and Slaughter the Strong clear opposing boards while keeping your army intact. The deck finishes games by boosting its unblocked board with team-wide pump spells like Pride of Conquerors and Warhorn Blast. Its primary limitations are a slow mana velocity due to a lack of cheap mana rocks and vulnerability to exile or -1/-1 sweepers that bypass its modest protection package.
