Commander: Emry, Lurker of the Loch

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Emry, Lurker of the Loch helms a high-velocity mono-blue artifact control and combo deck. The commander provides early graveyard recursion and self-mill, allowing you to recur sacrificed artifacts and recover countered combo pieces at minimal mana cost. The primary win condition is the Painter's Servant and Grindstone combination, which completely mills an opponent's library in a single activation by making every card share a chosen color. The deck supports this line with potent stax locks like Winter Orb, Ensnaring Bridge, and Tangle Wire, alongside alternative aggressive finishes using Urza, Lord High Artificer and Kappa Cannoneer.
