Commander: Dina, Essence Brewer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Dina, Essence Brewer heads an aristocrats and lifegain engine that converts sacrificed creatures into card advantage, life, and growing threats. The deck plays low-cost sacrifice fodder and high-power undercosted creatures to feed Dina, yielding large bursts of life and massive +1/+1 counter placement. You steadily drain the table through passive pingers like Blood Artist and Dina, Soul Steeper while controlling opposing boards with edict effects like Savra and Braids. Primary victories stem from assembling the infinite life-drain loop of Exquisite Blood paired with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or Dina, Soul Steeper, or sacrificing oversized creatures to Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.
