Deck overview

This Bant deck is helmed by Tidus, Yuna's Guardian, focusing on aggressive +1/+1 counter distribution, proliferation, and combat-driven resource advantage. The strategy establishes early mana acceleration and counter-enabling creatures before deploying Tidus to trigger Cheer for recurring card draw and board-wide counter expansion. Midgame turns leverage powerful counter doublers such as Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, Innkeeper's Talent, and Court of Garenbrig alongside keyword enablers like Sphere Grid, Duskshell Crawler, and Chocobo Knights to transform modest creatures into lethal threats. The deck incorporates asymmetric board control through Damning Verdict and Promise of Loyalty to break parity against wider boards, while layering protection via Inspiring Call and Luminous Broodmoth. While lacking instant-speed combo finishes or direct tutors, the list overwhelms opponents through snowballing combat stats and compounding card flow.
