Deck overview

Urza, Lord High Artificer is both the mana engine and incidental finisher of a mono-blue artifact stax/combo deck. The deck's primary plan is to accelerate into Urza, turn artifacts into blue mana, and assemble Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal for infinite untaps, then sink that mana into Walking Ballista or cast Brain Freeze. Secondary paths are Mystic Forge + Sensei's Divining Top with a cost reducer to draw the library, and Hullbreaker Horror loops with fast mana. Lock pieces (Winter Orb, Static Orb, Meekstone, Trinisphere) buy time, while Narset, Rhystic Study, and The One Ring keep cards flowing. There is no hidden commander; Urza is the sole engine.
