Format: Commander

Commander: Ioreth of the Healing House

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Untap-engine combo deck in mono-blue. The primary plan is to deploy a cheap self-untapper (Aphetto Alchemist, Tidewater Minion, or Marvin), run an infinite self-untap loop, then turn that into lethal damage with Wake Thrasher or Crackdown Construct after Crashing Drawbridge grants haste. Secondary plans use Unctus, Grand Metatect to churn through the library into Laboratory Maniac, or Basalt Monolith activations to generate infinite mana while pumping Crackdown Construct. Ioreth of the Healing House acts as a flexible extra untapper who can also untap two legendary permanents at once. She is useful, but the deck is stocked with enough other untappers and payoffs that she is not the hinge of the strategy.
