Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Temur spellslinger deck commanded by Storm, Force of Nature. It leverages fast mana and cheap ramp to cast the commander early and take advantage of its combat damage trigger, which grants the storm mechanic to the next instant or sorcery spell cast that turn. The deck capitalizes on this explosive trigger through high-yield card draw, rituals, and damage-dealing spells. Redundant pingers such as Coruscation Mage, Longshot, Rebel Bowman, and Vivi Ornitier turn every noncreature spell into table-wide burn. When enchanted with Curiosity effects, these pingers draw three cards per spell cast, fueling self-sustaining storm turns that close out the game on the spot. Robust backup plans centered on Underworld Breach ensure resilience when the commander is contested.
