Auntie Ool Blight by BlackMageEW

Format: Commander

Commander: Auntie Ool, Cursewretch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jund -1/-1 counter deck is built around Auntie Ool, Cursewretch, whose ward and draw trigger turn every -1/-1 counter into either cards or life loss. The primary plan is aristocracy-style: put counters on creatures, generate tokens with Hapatra/Nest of Scarabs/Flourishing Defenses, and convert deaths into drain through Blood Artist, Obelisk Spider, and Grave Venerations. Yawgmoth acts as the central sac outlet and draw engine, enabling an infinite chain with Blowfly Infestation. A secondary beatdown path uses wither creatures and Maha/Kulrath Knight to lock the board. Hapatra is an effective hidden commander. The deck grinds value while assembling its combo.
