Deck overview

This is a mono-black aristocrats deck helmed by Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, built to convert every death into cards, life, and opponent life loss. The front side draws whenever it enters or attacks and you sacrifice another creature; once four death triggers resolve in one turn, it transforms into Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, granting a permanent drain emblem and turning attacks into mass card draw. The deck floods with cheap creatures and tokens from Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, Ophiomancer, Pawn of Ulamog, and Sengir Autocrat, then feeds them to Carrion Feeder, Viscera Seer, Warren Soultrader, and both altars. The primary win is an infinite sacrifice loop such as Gravecrawler plus Warren Soultrader with Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat. Syr Konrad, the Grim + Living Death and a huge Gray Merchant of Asphodel serve as secondary finishers. The commander is a powerful accelerant, but most of the combo engine lives in the 99.
