Deck overview

Tidus, Yuna's Guardian is a **utility-counter/battlecruiser** deck that aims to kill via enormous, unblockable creatures armed with +1/+1 counters. In the helm, Tidas lets you move counters around, and continuously pays off the deck's +1/+1 counter-density theme by letting you spread counters and **proliferate** every time a countered creature hits. The deck's gameplan is usually "ramp out the board, put a huge bulk of counters on one giant evasion creature, and end the game by attacking with unblockable double-striking threats. A backup "lone" strategy uses Prime Speaker Zegana (draws a bunch) and Simic Ascendancy (twenty + counters auto-win after one upkeep) to brute-sforce an alternative win. The rest of the deck is a 40-counter protection package that aims to keep the board alive and the hand full.
