This Esper control-drain deck is built around Y'shtola, Night's Blessed, leveraging her two triggers to generate card advantage and incremental damage. The primary game plan is to control the board with a dense suite of counterspells and instant-speed removal while assembling one of two infinite life-drain loops: Exquisite Blood + Marauding Blight-Priest (or any life-gain trigger) or Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank.
