Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir reanimator strategy built around Araumi of the Dead Tide. The game plan revolves around rapidly filling the graveyard with high-impact creatures using self-mill enablers like Stitcher's Supplier, Hedron Crab, and Glimpse the Unthinkable. Once Araumi is on the battlefield and summoning sickness passes, her ability grants encore to creatures in the graveyard by exiling other cards as fuel. Encoring creatures such as Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Dire Fleet Ravager, or Archon of Cruelty produces three token copies that enter simultaneously with haste, triggering their abilities three times to drain life totals, decimate opposing boards, and generate massive card advantage. The deck backs up this strategy with protection tools like Lightning Greaves and Teferi's Veil, while utility creatures provide removal and draw power to close games quickly.
