Commander: Kefka, Dancing Mad

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos graveyard theft and value engine helmed by Kefka, Dancing Mad. The primary game plan is to accelerate into Kefka using a dense ritual package, then fill opponents' graveyards via wheels and mill effects to fuel his end-step trigger. Once Kefka is online, each end step exiles a random card from each graveyard, allowing you to cast those spells for free while dealing damage equal to their mana value to their owners. Secondary win conditions include reanimating mass threats with Rise of the Dark Realms or Breach the Multiverse, draining with Syr Konrad, the Grim, or going over the top with Yawgmoth's Will and Past in Flames. The deck is a high-risk, high-reward strategy that punishes opponents for filling their graveyards, but it relies heavily on Kefka sticking around and on opponents having relevant cards to steal.
