Deck overview

This deck uses Atraxa, Praetors' Voice to lead a big-mana proliferate strategy centered around the Kamigawa Myojin Spirit cycle. Early turns establish mana through charge-counter artifacts like Astral Cornucopia, Empowered Autogenerator, and mana creatures like Bloom Tender and Faeburrow Elder. Once Atraxa is deployed on Turn 4 or 5, her end-step proliferate trigger steadily grows mana rocks, loyalty, and +1/+1 counters. By Turn 6, the deck generates sufficient mana to hard-cast massive 8-to-10 mana Spirits. Because Myojin enter with indestructible or divinity counters when cast from hand, Atraxa proliferates these counters so their activated abilities can be used repeatedly without sacrificing their protection. The deck closes games either by creating a massive Spirit army with Myojin of Blooming Dawn, repeatedly wiping opponents' hands and boards with Myojin of Night's Reach and Myojin of Cleansing Fire, or copying Biovisionary three times using Myojin of Cryptic Dreams for an immediate end-step win.
